Delivery Manager Technical

The Delivery Manager Technical is responsible for all customer deliveries, from planning, scheduling, documenting and controlling

Will act as Tech Team Lead (team of 7 resources, located Bergen and Aberdeen). Responsible for deliveries to on-premise customer as well as Cloud Service..

The main activities are:

  • Plan, schedule and control all customer deliveries from tech team
  • Evaluate running applications and provide feedback to development team for adjustments
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent implementations and design
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to continuous improve product, services or processes
  • Operate as support dispatch for 2. Line technical support team
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer infrastructure and applications setup
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
  • Work accordingly to change and configuration management processes applying Industry standards, best practices and frameworks, which include ITIL and GDPR
  • Provide 2./3. Line support

SYSTEM ARCHITECT

System Architect for all the product offerings, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and operating these systems.

Responsible for customizing systems to meet the needs of specific clients. Manage backup for systems, troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure that systems development follows industry standards. 

Portfolio has a mix of several technologies within the following areas:

  • HR,
  • Payroll,
  • Self-service,
  • Crew On Board,
  • Mobile Apps,
  • Integration platform, Cloud

SENIOR CONSULTANTS

Support our customer’s business processes and performance by delivering solutions and consultancy services for increased efficiency of operation with our customers

Domain/Product consultants for whole OCS product offering (HR, Payroll, Self-service, Crew On Board)

Experience:

  • Proven 3 years working experience within HR, Payroll or Crewing (work experience may compensate for lack of formal education/degree)
  • Consulting experience is desirable
  • Experience and knowledge in Oil and Gas or Maritime industries is desirable
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows products
  • Well versed in systems, process improvement and workflow

Skills: Operational experience from Maritime industry. Experience from HR, crewing, competence, rotation planning.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS

The software developer participates in the development of the company's software, by transforming product requirements into complete software together with other roles.

The Software Developer will work with other members of the company's team to identify and quantify project tasks, and contribute to a schedule of delivery commitments and costs. They will proactively manage their own time and communicate progress and issues with their manager.

Experience: Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role. 

Competence and skills requirements

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
  • Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

Integration Architect / Development Lead

As an Integration Architect, you are part of high-performance team and you focus on driving innovation and improving delivery effectiveness by:

  • Establish and design a Reference Architecture, including development, runtime and operations architectures.
  • Build an Integration platform
  • Build API catalogue offering to both on-premise and cloud customers
  • Lead development and development team (2-4 developers)
  • Implement development models, Integrate Automated Testing into Continuous Integration Process
  • Define and delivering integrated solutions by applying proven delivery methodologies including Agile and Model-Driven techniques.
  • Interact with our customers to ensure design, integration, quality, and deployment expectations are met / exceeded
  • Act as a technical liaison with third-party vendors to understand integration requirements and implement custom solutions.
